1½ sticks butter
1½ c. flour
⅔ c. chopped pecans or walnuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioner’s sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (buy 8 oz. size)
3 pkgs. (3 oz. ea) instant lemon pudding
4 c. whole milk
strawberries or red raspberries for garnish

Directions:

1. Mix together 1½ sticks butter, 1½ c. flour, and ⅔ c. chopped nuts. Pat into a 9x13” pan (spray with Pam first). Bake at 350º for 20-25 mins. Then cool completely.

2. Beat together 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 c. confectioner’s sugar, and 1 c. Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust.

3. Beat together 3 pkgs. instant lemon pudding (3 oz. ea) with 4 c. milk. Pour over 2nd layer.

4. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped nut and either sliced strawberries or raspberries.
