3 C flour 1 C sugar(white)
1 tsp cinnamon 1 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt 1 /c margarine
1tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder 2 C Zucchini grated or ! C Zucchini & 1 C Carrots

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Spray two loaf pans with a Non fat cooking spray.
Sift flour , cinnamon , salt , soda and baking powder, :
set aside . Mix eggs, sugars, margarine and Vanilla . Add sifted ingredients and blend in Zucchini . Pour into Loaf Pans and bake 60 - 70 mins

Wayne had a love for cooking & baking .. which is interesting as Believe it or not .. Dad was a Baker back in his young Days ..Dad worked at Eastern Bakery on Douglas avenue .
Wayne would cook Zucchini Bread / muffins & loved to cook spicy spaghetti sauce when he lived with Allan & I . We loved coming home to home cooked meals .. He truly spoiled us ... xo Love Sis ...
