1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
¾ cups ground walnuts or pecans
Confectioner’s sugar for rolling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts. Roll dough into small balls. Roll balls in confectioner’s sugar and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes.
