2 cups sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup apple cider
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 ½ cups flour
2 cups pumpkin
2 tsp grated orange zest
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together sugars and oil. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Pour in cider. Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix in pumpkin, nuts and zest. Mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour.
