Ingredients:  
1 ½ stick butter (3/4 cup), softened
¾ cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp anise oil or vanilla (or ½ tsp each)
¼ cup milk
4 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, extracts, and milk. Stir in flour and baking powder. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Dough will be slightly sticky. Roll into balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet 10-15 minutes.

Cool completely. Frost with 1 cup powdered sugar, dash water and coloring combined.
