1 cup sugar
½ cup margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 cup grated zucchini
2 cups flour
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 T finely chopped, fresh basil
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and beat. Mix together dry ingredients. Add zucchini alternately with dry ingredients. Stir in basil and nuts. Drop by small spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
