Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 oz butter
4 oz crabmeat
4 oz peeled and deveined shrimp, chopped into thirds
2 tsp blacked seafood seasoning
1 tbsp shaved parmesan
1 tsp chopped parsley

Garlic toast (or crackers)
Drawn garlic butter

Directions:
Directions:
Typically cooked on a flattop, you can use a skillet. Preheat your boiler, too.

Over high heat, toss in the butter, then the shrimp. After two minutes, add the crab and seasoning.

As soon as the shrimp are done, move to a broiler-safe serving dish, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley, and broil a few seconds until top is golden.

Serve with lots of sliced garlic bread (or crackers) and a ramekin of drawn garlic butter.

Personal Notes:
Better than Floyd's!

This could also be a single-serving main course, especially if served with a ramekin of basil pesto, a tomato salad, and more bread.

Given the name of the dish, I couldn't figure out how to make it my own, even though this is a personalized version. Adding "ala Pappy" might be accurate but is hardly desirable. So, I left it as-is, a Houston-area classic (but better).
