1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c almond flour
2 T Swerve granular
1/8 tsp baking powder
2 T melted butter
3 T Swerve granular
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients for chaffle in a bowl and mix until combined well.
2. Use a mini waffle iron to make three chaffles. You do not want to overfill, put just enough batter in the waffle iron to cover the bottom and it will expand some.
3. When the third waffle is cooking, melt butter for the topping and combine the Swerve and cinnamon.
4. When all three waffles are done, cover with churro topping and eat immediately.
