Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 oz lump crab meat
1/4 c almond flour
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 t Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 t salt
1/3 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, break up crab meat with a fork. Stir in the almond flour, parsley, green onion, Old Bay, salt and pepper until well combined.
2. Stir in the egg, mayo, and mustard until the mixture is well moistened. Use your hands to form into 4 patties, each about 3/4 inch to 1 inch thick. Place on a waxed paper (or parchment) line plate and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
3. Spray or brush the fryer rack with oil (I used avocado oil spray). Brush melted butter over both sides of the crab cakes and place on rack. (I brushed butter on one side, placed on air fryer rack and then brushed butter on the other side.)
4. Air fry at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, carefully flipping halfway through cooking.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
*If using canned crab- make sure to drain well. Also, lump crab meat has more flavor.
* I did not add any salt to the crab cakes, the Old Bay has some and the crab meat also contains salt.
