Ingredients:
* Step 1: Preheat recteq to 500ºF. For a better sear, utilize the recteq Sear Kit.
* Step 2: Season the steak liberally on both sides by layering Chef Greg's 4 Letter Rub and then Ben's Heffer Dust.
* Step 3: Add the ribeye to the preheated grates and allow to sear for 3-5 minutes until the desired crust has developed. Flip the steak and continue to cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 130ºF.
* Step 4: Allow the steak to rest for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.

CHEF PAIRINGS
Simple Seared Ribeye is the star of the show but you can fill in the gaps with your favorite side of choice. We say, give our Butternut Squash Casserole a try and throw some Smoked Garlic Bread on the grill, too!
