3 cans beans, drained
1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 T olive oil
2 large carrots, diced
1/3 cup white whine
2 cups spinach or kale
4 cups vegetable broth
1 T tomato past
¼ tsp red pepper
1 tsp dried Italian seasonin
2 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried oregano

Saute vegetables. Add remaining ingredients and cook 45- 60 minutes
