Directions:	Directions: Cook apples Put in ovenproof dish 2oz butter 1 tablespoon golden syrup 3 teacups cornflakes • Melt butter and golden syrup • Stir in cornflakes • Spoon over apples • Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degrees in a fan oven
