Breakfast Smoothie


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1:cup of oat
2:0% fat milk/Nut milk
3:Spinach
4 :Carrots
5:1 Banana

Directions:
Directions:
Add Oats in a clean blender,Add milk next,then add in the carrots.Blend till smooth.
Throw in the banana and spinach and blend till a smooth purée is formed.
Serve immediately.
