3 tbsp of lard
2 lb. of ground beef
2 medium onions chopped
salt, pepper, red pepper
2 tbsp of cumin
2 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of dry oregano
1/2 cup of chicken broth

In a large pot heat the lard, and add the onions. cook for about 6-8 minutes and add the ground beef. breaking up with an spoon until browned. add salt, pepper and the rest of the ingredients for about 10-12 minutes.
