1 can of mushroom soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 8 ounce fresh mushrooms, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250ºF.

2. Place roast on a large piece of heavy foil wrap. Rub onion soup mix into the roast
on all sides, pour cream of mushroom soup over the top of roast then top with
fresh mushrooms.

3. Cover and tightly seal foil around the roast. Place in roaster pan. Cover and bake
for 7 hours.

4. Remove roast from foil. Use drippings to prepare gravy.

5. To make gravy: Add drippings from foil into a pan (I use the roaster) remove any
excess fat from drippings. Heat drippings on the stove. If you want the gravy to
be thicker add ¼ cup of cornstarch mixed with a ½ cup of water. Salt and pepper
if desired
