Crust:
34 single graham crackers
⅓ c. sugar
½ c. melted butter

Layer One:
2 eggs
¾ c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Layer Two:
1 16 oz. can of pumpkin
3 egg yolks
½ c. sugar
½ c. milk
½ tsp. cinnamon

one envelope of unflavored gelatin
3 egg whites
¼ c. sugar
1 container cool whip.
(nuts optional)

Crust:
Mix together, then spread in 13x9 ungreased pan.

Layer One:
Beat until light and fluffy. Spread over crust. Bake 20 mins at 350º

Layer Two:
Beat. Cook over medium heat until thick. Set Aside.

Step 4:
Dissolve one envelope of unflavored gelatin into ¼ c. water.
Stir over low heat until dissolved. Mix into pumpkin mixture. Let cool.

Step 5:
Take 3 egg whites and beat until foamy. Add ¼ c. sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy.

Step 6:
Add to cooled pumpkin mixture. Pour over other layers. Top with cool whip. (Nuts optional)
