1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan combine milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Warm slowly, stirring constantly until smooth.

In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water.

Add cornstarch mixture to warm milk mixture, whisk until thickened (about 5 minutes, to cook cornstarch).

Cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
