2 T garlic olive oil
2 T butter
1 onion chopped
2 red bell pepper chopped
3 celery chopped
1 T Cajun seasoning
1 t thyme dried
1/2 t cayenne
1 bay leaf
4 cloves garlic minced
15 oz tomato sauce
1 c chicken broth
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 lb peeled deveined shrimp
Hot sauce optional
Parsley and lemon wedges
Cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute aromatics in butter and oil 1012 minutes. Add seasonings and mix.
Add tomato sauce, broth, Worcestershire and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer 10 min.
Add shrimp and cook til pink.
Serve over rice. Add parsley and some lemon juice.
