2 lbs shrimp, cleaned and deveined
Juice of 1 lime
1 onion, shredded
2 cloves garlic, smashed
pinch of oregano
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 cup canned mushrooms
1 can table cream, skimmed (Cream/Nestlé)
1 tbsp prepared mustard
3 tbsp ketchup
1 lime
Hot cooked rice
Potato straws

Directions:
Directions:
Cut and squeeze lime over uncooked shrimp.
Melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Add mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard, mixing well.
Turn off the heat and add the skimmed cream and parsley and mix.
Serve with hot cooked rice and potato straws
