4 to 6 Lb Fresh Chicken, Whole
Daddy B Chicken Rub
Clear Fruit Juice for occasional spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using Shears cut out the backbone and crack the Breastbone.
2. Apply liberally Daddy B Chicken Rub on inside and outside of bird.
3. Place Chicken splayed out with rib cage down on grates.
4. Grill (smoke) at 325 until internal temperature reaches 165. Spritz with Juice sprayer 2 to 3 times during cooking.
