2 Tuna or swordfish steaks (5 oz. each)
1 Can (8 oz.) Pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 Tbsp. Teriyaki sauce
½ tsp. grated fresh ginger
¼ tsp. Salt
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables push stir fry




Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 450° F or grill to medium-high.
2) Center one tuna steak on each sheet of Reynolds wrap non-stick foil with the non-stick (dull) side down toward the food; top with pineapple chunks. Combined teriyaki sauce, ginger, and salt; spoon over tuna and pineapple. Arrange vegetables beside the tuna.
3) Bring up foil sides. Double-fold the top end and ends to seal the packet, leaving room for the heat to circulate inside. Repeat to me two packets.
4) Bake for 16 to 18 minutes on the cookie sheet in the oven. Or grill for 8 to 10 minutes on a covered grill.
