1 lb. med. Shell Pasta
1½ lb. Chicken Breast
1 lb. Broccoli; diced
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
3 cloves Garlic; crushed
8 oz. tomato sauce, canned
8 oz. mushrooms, canned
1 c. Heavy Cream
½ c. Milk
¼–½ c. Parmesan; grated
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook pasta in heavily salted water
Dice raw chicken; season and cook in large skillet
Dice broccoli; add to chicken cooking
Add butter; allow to melt
Add flour; cook till raw flour smell dissipates
Add garlic
Add tomato sauce
Add mushrooms
Cook for 2 minutes
Add heavy cream slowly; stir so there are no clumps
Add milk as needed to thin out sauce
Add Parmesan
Check for salt and pepper
