2 packages 8 oz Cream Cheese
1½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
9 oz Cool Whip
2 Graham cracker crusts

Mix first three and then fold in Cool Whip. Pour in Graham cracker crust. Chill. Can e topped with fruit. .
