1 boneless ribeye steak, 1 pound, 1 inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Garnish
Sprig of fresh rosemary, herb butter, and kosher salt

1. Place your steak in a shallow bowl and allow it to rest at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
3. Evenly coat the ribeye with olive oil on both sides.
4. In a small bowl, mix the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and chopped rosemary until well combined. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture on both sides of the steak.
5. Place the steak in the air fryer and cook for 7-8 minutes, flipping the steak halfway, or until cooked to your preference.
6. Transfer your steak to a cutting board and allow it to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Top with fresh rosemary, herb butter, and kosher salt and enjoy alone or with your favorite side.
