2 frozen bread dough (white or wheat)
3 eggs
4 t. Italian Seasoning
1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
6 c. mozerella cheese, shreadded
Directions:
Directions:
Flour board. Cut thawed bread dough in half and roll each half out to a rectangular shape.
Beat 3 eggs, add Italian seasoning and mix thoroughtly.
Brush the bread with mixture, leaving about a 1/4" to 1/2" on the edges. DO NOT TOUCH EDGES WITH MIXTURE.
Layer pepperoni, layer shreadded cheese on bread.
Fold over bread and pinch together the edges. Fold edge up a little or roll bread over to have the edge on top. This will ensure that the chese does not leak out when baking.
Makes 4 rolls.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Serve immediately or refrigerate then microwave when serving.
**Italian seasoning and pepperoni can be changed with other ingredients.
