2 - 15 oz. cans chili, no beans
2 - 15 oz. kidney beans, undrained
16 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
2 sm. cans sliced black olives, drained
⅓ lb. mild Cheddar cheese, cubed
¾ c. chopped onion
2 - 8.5 oz. pkgs. Jiffy® cornbread mix, plus ingredients listed on package

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cornbread mix. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Prepare cornbread according to package directions; pour over bean mixture, spreading evenly and sealing to edges of pan. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.
