2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c melted butter
1 c eggng
2 Tbsp rum ext
1 tsp vanilla ext.
2 1/4 c flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions:
Directions:
Grease 2 loaf pans
Bake at 350 for 40-60 min.
Cool 11 min in pan then on wire rack
When cool wrap in foil and refrigerate
