3 large eggs
1/4 c cottage cheese
1/4 c cream cheese, Brie or laughing cow
1/2 c chopped mix ins
1/2 c cheddar, montaray jack,or mozzarella
Directions:
Directions:
Grease egg mold lightly
1 cup in bottom of pot
put egg mold car,efully on steam rack, add 8 inches foil on top of egg mold
Carefully lift mold into pot
Go to manual cook 8 min on low
release 5 min. then quick release

Remove egg bites
Remove foil and cool 2 min
