Cookie Dough
2 sticks margarine
1 c sugar
4 c flour
4 eggs
1 small can frozen orange juice
pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder

Filling
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Prune butter or apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for cookie dough
2. Form into two logs and cove with plastic wrap
3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and as long as two days
4 Roll dough out to form rectangle, spread with prune butter or apricot jam. Sprinkle with raisins and chopped walnuts.
5. Roll (jelly roll style) to form a log.
6. Bake at 350 degrees until browned approximately 10 -15 minutes
7. While still warm slice into 1 inch cookies. Cool

Raisins can be soaked in brandy or Grand Marnier.
