2 lbs asparagus
1 pint grape tomatoes
3 T olive oil divided
3/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 c olives
1 lb uncooked shrimp
1 t oregano
1 t mint
1/2 c feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
400º
Toss the asparagus and tomatoes with 2 T olive oil, and half the salt and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan, adding olives. Cook about 10 minutes.
Toss the shrimp with the remaining salt, pepper, oregano and mint. Top the vegetables with shrimp and cook about 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with Feta and serve.
