Marinade
1 part soy sauce
1 part fish sauce
1 part rice wine vinegar
1 part brown sugar
1 part lemongrass sliced thin

Salad
1 (salad) part steak
1 (salad) part baby greens
1 (salad) part fresh basil
1 (salad) part fresh shiitake mushrooms
Scallions to garnish
Julienned carrots to garnish
Almonds to garnish

Directions:
Make marinade and cover steak with it for at least four hours

Grill up the steak and slice thinly

Mix all salad constituents and top with steak slices

Dress salad with a splash of rice wine vinegar and neutral oil
