1 # ground turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 (16 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
1 TB sugar
2 TB parsley flakes
1 teapoon each oregano and basil
2/3 cup dry parmesan cheese

8 oz UNCOOKED lasagna noodles
3 cups cottage cheese (lowfat)
8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
*Brown the ground turkey and onion. Add the stewed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, parsley flakes, oregano, basil and parmesan cheese.
*Spray 9"x13" pan with PAM.
*Put 1/2 of sauce mixture in bottom of pan.
*Layer 1/2 of uncooked lasagna noodles.
*Cottage cheese.
*The rest of the noodles.
*The rest of the sauce.
*Top with the mozzarella cheese.
*Bake covered 1 hour at 350º.
Makes 8 servings
