1 pound Chicken tenderloins
8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c chicken or vegetable stock
1 c Frozen Roasted Corn kernels
1/2 red onion finely chopped
2 T Barbecue Rub
2 garlic cloves pressed

Add ins:
4 oz pepper jack cheese grated
1/2 c low fat greek plain yogurt ( 8 oz)

1. Add the dip ingredients, except the add ins to the into pot. Cook on CUSTOM for 6 minutes
2. Meanwhile, grate the cheese
3. When the timer is up, manually release the pressure. Remove and shred the chicken, and return it to the pot. Stir in the add ins. Let the dip sit for a few minutes to thicken. Place in a serving bowl and serve with corn chips or crackers.
