4 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Long Grain White Rice Uncooked
1 1/2 Cups of Water
1 Package Onion Soup mix or use homemade
10oz Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF
2. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add chicken breasts and season with salt pepper.
3. Pour uncooked rice over chicken. Sprinkle with Onion Soup mix.
4. Combine mushrooms soup and 1 1/2 cups of water. Pour over chicken.
5. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

Used Basmati Rice and increased the water to 2 cups. Worked.
Possibly could use Cream of Chicken, Celery, Broccoli, Etc in place of Cream of Muschroom.
