1-2lbs of boneless/skinless chicken breast, diced
1/4-1/2c fat free sour cream
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/4c Heavy Cream
McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl
coat diced chicken in sour cream.
- Once coated, add in Montreal Chicken seasoning and coat to your liking.
- Cook until almost done, then turn heat down to low-med and add in onion.
- Add heavy cream at the very end and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
