2 tbs. butter
1 pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 c. fresh corn
2 lg. tomatoes, skinned & cut up
salt and pepper to taste
slices of American cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté butter onion, peppers and hamburger. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Cover with slices of American cheese. Heat unit cheese melts.
