1 London broil or sirloin steak.

1/3 cup sake, dry sherry or mirin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 T honey
1T sesame oil
2 T finely chopped fresh ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. ground coriander (optional)

Directions:

Cut meat into 1" cubes. Place cubes in marinade and marinate overnight (ideal) or at room temperature for 2 hours.

Bring meat to room temperature before cooking.

Remove the meat from the marinade and place on broiler pan. Broil, turning once or twice, until seared, 3 to 4 minutes total for medium rare.

In the air fryer, cook for 8 minutes at 380 degrees.
