Onion
1lb. Ground beef
1 can corn
1 can small green chilies
1 can pinto beans
1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 cup sour cream
Some cheese (depending on how much you want)
Green onion
Fiesta Season all
Ranch seasoning
Lemon pepper
Bacon (already cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion
Add ground beef (add seasoning)
Add diced chilies
Tomatoes & green chilies
Add sour cream and mix all above together
Corn
Pinto beans
Mix together can add cheese here if wanted
Taste test to see about level of spices & if you need more.
Place in 9x12 baking dish.
Cook on 375 for 25-30 min.
Until Tator tots are crispy
Add a topping of cheese & green onion.
Cook until cheese is melted.
