2 cans cream of celery soup (or mushroom, potato, again your choice)

Optional: diced jalapeno for spice

Bag of tortilla chips for serving.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef or sausage in pan, season with salt, pepper and onion powder

Add chiles to ground beef at end of browning, to incorporate into the meat and impart flavor. Add jalapeno if desired.

Combine ground beef mixture in crock pot with 2 cans cream of celery soup, fill cans with milk and add to mixture.

Add Velveeta and set on low, or if you want it done more quickly, on high, but stir frequently to avoid scorching.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Personal Notes:
One of Dan's favorites, I like it better with hamburger but he likes it with sausage as well!
