9 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
6 Large Eggs
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Cups White Sugar
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 Tbs plus 1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Peanut Butter
2 sticks Butter
1 Tbs waffle/pancake syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1) mix, brown sugar, white sugar, and baking soda

2) mix, melted butter, peanut butter, vanilla, syrup, and eggs, beating slightly and fold in to above ingredients.

3) add oats, raisins, M&Ms or pecans, or some of all, together then add to above mixture. Fold in gently.

4) spoon mixture onto cookie sheet or roll into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch balls for larger cookies. If making larger cookies you will need to flatten them out some.

5) bake at 3:50 for 10 to 15 minutes or until cookies fall. Watch closely as they get hard very quickly if over cooked.

Aunt Zada has made these cookies for decades, and would never give up the recipe. Thankfully she finally decided she was OK with sharing it so sent me the recipe.
