10 oz ricotta cheese
3 slightly beaten eggs
¼ cup sugar
1 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
brandy
oil for frying
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ricotta cheese, slightly beaten eggs and sugar together
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt
Mix dry ingredients with wet and add 1 Tbs brandy
Drop by teaspoon into very hot oil.
NOTE: the zeppole will turn over when done.
Drain on paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm
