1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups flour
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add honey and salt. Add flour and knead. Roll pieces and form letters. Brush with egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
