Penne pasta
Fresh mozzarella pearls
Fresh basil
Grape tomatoes
Olive oil
Balsamic vinaigrette
Salt
Fresh ground Pepper

Directions:
Cook 16 oz. Or 8 oz penne depending on how much you want. 8 oz good for two. This is for two Get a Pkg. of fresh mozzarella pearls, a container of grape tomatoes, Pkg. Fresh basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, separate pearls, cut basil into strips with scissors.

Cook penne in salted water, drain, don't rinse

Put in large bowl an add enough olive oil to coat nicely. Add about 1/4 cup vinegar (you can add more to taste). Stir in mozzarella and tomatoes. Stir in basil to taste. I like about 1/4 cup more. Add fresh ground pepper to taste. Enjoy!

Make sure pasta is hot when you add other ingredients. You want just warm when you serve... tomatoes warm, cheese soft but not melted.
