1 oz dripping/margarine
1 tsp flour
¾ pint water/clear stock
2 small onions, finely chopped
½ lb cooked cold mutton
Seasoning
Boiled rice
½ sour apple
1 oz. sultanas
1 dstspn curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
~Fry the finely-chopped onion and apple in the fat; move to one side, and brown the flour and curry powder.
~Add the stock gradually, then the sultanas, and simmer for five minutes.
~Cut up the mutton into small squares and heat through in the curry sauce. Serve with a border of boiled rice.
