1½ lbs. lean hamburger

carrots
green peppers
pineapple chunks

Sauce:
1 can beef consomme
½ to ¾ cup brown sugar
2½ Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soya sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Form hamburger into balls and brown. Blend well ingredients for sauce and pour over meatballs. Cover and cook 250º for 2 hours. Before serving (¾ hour), add carrots, green peppers and chunks of pineapple.
