3 large lemons
1 large orange
1½ lbs. sugar
1 pint water
1 oz. citric acid

Directions:
Directions:
Wash fruit well. Peel with potato peeler and put peelings, juice and citric acid in a large bowl. Boil water and sugar together, pour over fruit, juice and peelings. Let stand overnight. Strain and put into bottle. To use put about ½" in a glass, fill with cold water. Adjust to taste.
