1 cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1¼ cups oatmeal
1½ cups flour
¾ cup coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar then add egg. Add oatmeal, flour, baking powder and baking soda. Mix and shape into rolls. Put in fridge until firm, then slice. Bake 400º for 8 - 10 minutes.
