½ cup plus 2 tsps. butter
¼ cup white sugar
1¼ cups flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1-12oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. butter
1 oz. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients together and press into 9" x 9" pan. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and sweetened condensed milk in double boiler and bring to a boil for 5 minutes (burns easily). Remove from heat, beat and pour over first layer. Refrigerate until set. Melt chocolate chips over low heat then pour over second layer. If too thick add a little more butter. Chill.
