For the Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup water
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the Icing:
1/2 cup margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
1 box powdered sugar

For the Cake:

In a saucepan, mix margarine, oil, cocoa and water. Bring to a rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour - stir will. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 greased sheet pan. Bake at 300º for approximately 50 minutes.

For the Icing:

Bring margarine, cocoa and buttermilk to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread on HOT CAKE. Enjoy!
