6 large cucumbers, peeled
6 large onions
1 green pepper
1 sweet red pepper
¼ cup pickling salt
2½ cups cold water
3 cups sugar
½ cup flour
1½ tsp. tumeric
1½ tsp. mustard seed
1½ tsp. celery seed
3 cups white vinegar
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cucumbers, onions, green pepper pickling salt and 2½ cups cold water together and let stand one hour. Drain well. Mix together 3 cups sugar, flour, tumeric, mustard seed and celery seed. Add 3 cups white sugar, vinegar, vegetables and bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into a bottle.
